The actual inspection went well. There was a few minor things that need to be fixed. It does need a new water heater, but that would need to be replaced soon anyway. We are still on the road to home ownership! Since there is no basement in this house, behind these doors are where you will find most of the workings of the house! We may try to add a second bathroom around where this downstairs closet is so there is a half bath down stairs.
So what happened with the porch?
